DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION IN M.D.S UNDER MANAGEMENT QUATA

Following documents have to be enclosed along with the application form: |
- Rank card and Entrance Test Admission Ticket
- Proof of Date of Birth (SSLC/10th Certificates).
- Marks card – BDS – from First to Final year.
- Attempt Certificate.
- Internship completion certificate (if certificate not receieved, Provisional Completion letter from Dean/Principal).
- Provisional/ Permanent Registration of the Dental Council.
- Degree Certificate of BDS.
- Three recent passport-size colour photographs with name and date.
- Conduct certificate.
- Migration Certificate.
- Caste / Community certificate.
- Self addressed 3 nos. envelopes.
- DCI – recognition of the college from where student has completed the course.
- Affidavit for No ragging.
- Candidates who are already pursuing any other course are not eligible for admission .
- Candidates without original documents shall not be allowed to participate in the counseling
- Submission of incorrect or false statements / documents or suppression of material information in the application form will be considered as sufficient ground for cancellation of the candidature or the admission of the candidates to a Post Graduate Dental course whenever detected, i.e. during the process of admission or even at any stage thereafter.
- TUTION FEES- Rs.4.00 lacs per annum.

2. Eligibility:
|
A candidate having passed in the Final Examination of 10+2 of Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan, with following subject combination or any other examination recognized equivalent thereto by University in Rajasthan and cleared Rajasthan Pre Medical Test (RPMT)/PCPMT examination is eligible for admission to BDS programme through RPMT/PCPMT.

3. Admission Procedure:
|
Admission to BDS programme are routed through merit in RPMT examination conducted by The Rajasthan University Of Health Sciences, Jaipur or PCPMT.
