Vyas Institute of Higher Education (VIHE) and Center for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), Pune have joined hands by signing MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) to set up ACTS at Vyas Campus, Jodhpur. C-DAC is scientific society of ministry of information technology, Government of India. It is primarily an R&D institution involved in the design, development of advanced information technology based solutions. With this historic MOU the students of Vyas group will have an opportunity to get trained in high end technologies and get diploma along with their B.Tech degree.

Highlights of the program are :

• Students can choose any one from many PG diploma courses offered by CDAC, & get qualities training in high end technologies at Jodhpur itself.

• These course provided by C-DAC are approved by around 200 multinational companies.

• Getting PG Diploma in any one if these courses along with B.Tech will give a leading edge over other graduating engineers and will enhance their Job prospects.

• Diploma course is divide into 3 parts with total of more than 1000 hrs. of training

Students of Vyas Institutes can do these PG Diploma courses during their B.Tech & can take the advantage of quality training in high-end technologies to existing & prospective users of advanced computing. Today due to the lack of technical skills students after doing their B.Tech are still not getting jobs in multinational companies. Doing these PG Diploma courses along with B.Tech will enhance their technical skills and better job prospects.

Courses Offered
Following courses have been designed by C-DAC which shall be conducted at VIET, Jodhpur. The duration and schedule of the Certificate Programs or Post Graduate Diploma Programs will be laid out two hours/four hours daily or eight hours on Saturday or Sunday or holidays or in vacations or as per the convenience of VIET and C-DAC ACTS mutually.
